What is M.A.G.I.C.?
M.A.G.I.C. is a proprietary vision inspection technology designed and built by our expert engineers to provide total and repeatable accuracy during the inspection process. Each Vision Inspection system is customized to meet the unique requirements of the specific parts we manufacture, utilizing a combination of high-speed cameras and 3D laser scanners. This technology can fully inspect even the most complex components, detecting defects that would be impossible to identify with manual inspection alone.

How Does M.A.G.I.C. Work?
The process begins with the Vision Inspection machine sorting the parts into a single file line. Once in position, high-resolution cameras surrounding the part capture detailed images, which are then compared to a database of defective part images. If the part being inspected matches any of these defective samples, it is automatically sorted out of the line and removed from the batch.
Beyond just identifying molding defects, our M.A.G.I.C. system also performs a series of critical measurements to verify the quality of each gasket. The system checks the inner and outer dimensions (ID/OD) of the part, ensures Ovality (the roundness of the gasket), and confirms Flatness, guaranteeing the part meets all necessary specifications.
Speed and Precision Combined
One of the standout features of our M.A.G.I.C. technology is its speed. The system is capable of inspecting up to six parts per second, providing fast, reliable results without sacrificing quality. This allows us to maintain a high throughput while still ensuring each part is thoroughly examined.
