That's where wasteless transfer molding comes in.

As the name suggests, this specialized process is designed to dramatically reduce material waste while still delivering the tight tolerances and consistent quality that demanding automotive and industrial applications require. By minimizing scrap, manufacturers can lower material costs, improve efficiency, and reduce overall waste—especially when working with premium elastomers.
