Why Injection Molding Matters

Injection molding is one of the most reliable methods for creating durable, consistent parts. The process begins with uncured rubber, which is fed into the press and injected into a steel mold under high pressure. A full stroking ram applies even force across the mold, ensuring every cavity fills properly while also extending the life of the tool.

Once inside, the rubber flows through runners and gates, filling the mold completely. Heated plates cure the material, locking in accurate dimensions and the strength required for demanding applications.

World-Class Machinery, Smarter Production

Our injection presses are Austrian-engineered, energy-efficient, and built for long-term performance. Each machine uses a patented FIFO (first in, first out) system, which ensures only fresh material is injected into the mold. This system is critical for complex materials and large production runs, where consistency is everything.

To further guarantee quality, we use vacuum technology to eliminate trapped air, producing parts free of bubbles or weak points.

Rubber, Plastic, and Overmolding Capabilities

Some programs require the strength of rubber paired with a plastic component. Instead of outsourcing, we mold both materials in-house—removing the risk of compromised over-molded seals and giving us full control of the process from start to finish.
