Adhesive Coating and Bonding
Some overmolded products require a chemical bond between multiple components. In these cases, components such as metal carriers are treated with a specialized adhesive before molding. This coating ensures a strong bond when rubber is overmolded onto the substrate, supporting long-term durability.

Robotics and Automation
Robotics improve manufacturing consistency and efficiency, especially for complex overmolded components. Automation also supports vision inspection systems that verify product quality before shipment. These inspection systems are custom-designed by our automation engineers in Mexico.
Leak Testing
Leak testing provides in-process validation to confirm sealing performance. Our engineering team conducts in-house testing to ensure molded products meet customer specifications and application requirements.

OGP Video Inspection
We use an Optical Gaging Products (OGP) non-contact measurement system to verify part dimensions during PPAP and process capability studies, helping ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality standards.
