Adhesive Coating and Bonding

Some overmolded products require a strong chemical bond to combine multiple materials into a single, high-performance seal.
Before molding, our team treats metal carriers and other components with specialized chemical adhesives, ensuring optimal rubber-to-metal bonding during the overmold process. This pre-mold step is vital for producing long-lasting seals that perform under demanding conditions.

Robotics and Automation

Automation plays a major role in how we build efficiency and consistency into every product.

OGP Video Inspection

To support dimensional accuracy and compliance, we rely on Optical Gaging Products (OGP) for non-contact measurement.
This advanced inspection equipment is used to validate parts for PPAP and process capability studies, ensuring we fully meet IATF-16949 quality management standards and customer specifications.

Silicone Printing

In our focused factory, you’ll also see our silicone printing (or marking) process — a critical post-mold capability for electrical connector seals.
These specialized machines apply wire and pin identification directly to the silicone material, providing traceability and ensuring correct installation in complex electrical systems.
