MORGAN POLYMER SEALS HIRES SEAN MORGAN AS CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Baja California (April 7, 2020) – Morgan Polymer Seals announced today the hiring of Sean Morgan for the role of Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with advancing the company’s growth strategy, including OEM sales, new market opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and location expansion.

Sean brings over 20 years of sealing expertise to the award-winning OEM supplier. With a career that began in engineering and expanded into commercial roles, Sean has worked for industry leaders such as Parker-Hannifin, Freudenberg-NOK, and most recently as VP of Sales and Marketing at Amsted Seals & Forming.

Sean graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, with an executive certificate for Leading Customer-Centric Growth from the Wharton School of Business, and has formal training in The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX). Sean also holds awards for Technical Innovation and has achieved the “Circle of Excellence” for sales growth and profitability.
