MORGAN POLYMER SEALS IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THOMAS MORGAN HAS JOINED THEIR TEAM OF EXPERT ENGINEERS

Baja California (Feb 13, 2020) – Morgan Polymer Seals announced today the recent hire of product design engineer, Thomas Morgan. Thomas will help the manufacturer provide innovative rubber sealing solutions for their OEM partners through custom design work and enhanced FEA (finite element analysis) testing capabilities.

Thomas Morgan is the nephew of Kevin Morgan, the company’s founder and president. Thomas graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 2014. Following an impressive tenure at BorgWarner, Thomas's work at Morgan Polymer Seals will focus on product design to meet the automotive industry’s growing demand for custom designs and thorough product testing.

To support its growing engineering team, the company has also invested in two critical software programs from Dassault Solutions. Simulia, for advanced non-linear FEM analysis, and Solidworks, to streamline custom rubber seal design.

Morgan Polymer Seals is a high-volume precision rubber molding company, founded by Kevin Morgan in 1997. Since then, the manufacturer has become a leader in the rubber sealing business, employing over 500 people and delivering products to North America, Europe and, China. Morgan recently achieved distinguished quality awards from Ford and GM, for the sixth consecutive year.
